Quality Control
Our transcriptionists do everything possible to ensure accuracy, including extensive use of the Internet to check proper names, brand names, company names, acronyms, drug names, medical terminology and technical terms. All transcripts are spellchecked, reviewed and proofread by a supervisor before being sent to the client.

Digital Sound Files
Your digital audio files can be uploaded to our FTP site, and we’ll download the files for transcription.

Time Coding
Insertion of time codes at intervals is available for efficient editing of transcripts.

Archives
Transcripts are archived for at least two years, so if you lose a transcript, we can quickly locate it and send it to you (at no charge).
